What is BBcode?

What is Karma and how do I get it?
Karma is kind of like points you recieve for logging in and posting messages at FearKiller Boards. Members will recieve one karma point each day they log into their account and have at least one active message posted on the boards. As your Karma increases, so will your user level. As you reach higher levels, you will gain access to more boards and recieve extra priveleges. Karma can also be deducted from your account as a punishment for any terms of service violations you may commit.
What are the available User Levels?
- -4: Closed
Account has been closed by the user who created it. - -3: Pending Closure
Account marked to be closed by user. Account will be closed in 48 hours. - -2: Banned
Account has been banned for one or more terms of service violations. - -1: Suspended
User's posting privileges have been suspended for one or more terms of service violations, pending review by an Administrator. - 0: Inactive
User has not yet activated his or her account using a valid email address and can only view posts. - 1: Warned
User on "parole" for one or more terms of service violations. Can only post a few messages per day. Restored after 48-72 hours. - 2: Paper
Account has just been activated. Upgraded to Plastic in 24 hours with positive karma. - 3: Plastic
User has less than 15 karma. Can delete and edit own messages and close own topics. - 4: Glass
Awarded to users with at least 15 karma. Can now mark messages for moderation and use mod-qc. - 5: Wood
Awarded to users with at least 30 karma. - 6: Steel
Awarded to users with at least 70 karma. - 10: Bronze
Awarded to users with at least 150 karma. - 11: Silver
Awarded to users with at least 300 karma. - 12: Gold
Awarded to users with at least 600 karma. - 13: Platinum
Awarded to users with at least 1000 karma. - 20: Diamond
Awarded to users with at least 2000 karma. - 50: VIP
User is a close friend or relative of the Administrator. - 80: New Moderator
User is one of the newest moderators of the boards. Can delete topics and posts that are against the tos and suspend offending users. - 85: Moderator
Can delete topics and posts marked for moderation and suspend offending users. - 95: Co-Admin
Can delete topics and posts marked for moderation and ban suspended users. - 100: Administrator
User is the lead Administrator and owner of the site. Can control all aspects of the boards.
How do I become a Moderator?
There will be an announcement on the boards when additional moderators are needed. Please do not post messages on the boards asking if you can become a moderator.
